Compatibility

• Pinvote doesn't run on my device. Why?
  Pinvote only runs on OS 4.5+ // Please check that information in Options » About.
• Will Pinvote run on my BlackBerry Storm?
  The Storm is not yet fully supported. You may install Pinvote but you may have some usability issues.

Connection

• Which connection mode should I choose?
  There are 4 types of connection mode: BIS, BES, WIFI and TCP. Ask your local carrier for more information on your mobile connection plan.
• I'm getting a "907 invalid cod" message. Why?
  Either you don't have an active data service plan (BIS, BES) or you have to make a small tweak in your BlackBerry® smartphone browser (follow solution for cause 10).

• Can I report obscene pictures?
  Yes. Just right-click on the picture and select the Report Picture option.
• Where do I verify my account?
  After filling your profile, you will receive a verification link. Click it.
